Mr Russel Krawitz is a specialist general surgeon with advanced training in endocrine surgery and experience across thyroid, parathyroid, adrenal, hernia and general surgery.

Russel graduated from the University of Auckland Medical School in 2007 before completing General Surgical training at Western Health in Victoria.
He subsequently completed three years of subspecialty training in endocrine surgery across Western Health and Austin Health in Melbourne, followed by an ANZ Endocrine Surgery Fellowship at Royal North Shore and Hornsby Hospitals in Sydney.
His principal clinical interests include thyroid and parathyroid surgery, with particular emphasis on voice preservation, careful tissue handling and scar minimisation. His practice also includes adrenal surgery, hernia surgery and abdominal wall reconstruction.
